Due to the nature of the made to order product production, returns are not accepted, unless the product is defective. Please email us if there is a production error, and we will get it replaced for you at no extra cost.
If the item arrives damaged, please email us with photographs of the damage, and we will get you a replacement, at no extra cost.
Refunds are not given, only replacements.
